The Triumph Spitfire is a small British two-seat sports car, introduced at the London Motor Show in 1962 and manufactured between 1962 and 1980. The vehicle was based on a design produced for Standard-Triumph in 1957 by Italian designer Giovanni Michelotti.

The unit at Marquess Collection is a 1976 unit with a manual gearbox and 1500cc engine, the most powerful engine with in the spitfire family. The car was imported from USA, taxes and custom fully paid, however, it does not have spanish registration and is sold as is.

 

The body is solid, we just painted it, the engine runs great, with its restored carburator and brakes excellent, as well as turns. The convertible top is in good shape with a minor repair, and the interior of the car is excellent in seats and carpet, and the panels and dash have little work but in general it is an excellent unit in a very affordable budget.
